Eloy Fire District was formed on the 19th day of August in 1946, prior to the City of Eloy being incorporated. Currently the Eloy Fire District serves over 10,300 residents in an area over 55 square miles, including Interstate 10 and 8, State Highways 84 & 87 and the Union Pacific Railway.
Eloy Fire District is a combination department with two fire stations, 35 full-time employees, and 1 part-time employees.
The Administrative Office is located at 4010 N. Toltec Road, across the street from the Toltec Fire Station (station 522). The Governing Board, Fire Chief, Assistant Chief, Fire Marshal, Administrative Assistant and Accounting Clerk use this building.

Station 521 is located at 500 S. Sunshine Blvd. and is manned 24/7. The Station has two Class A pumpers (Engine 521 and 523), one ladder truck (Ladder 521), one brush truck (Brush 521), one tender (Tender 521) and two ambulances (Medic 521 and Medic 523).

Station 522 is located at 4015 N. Toltec Road and is manned 24/7. The Station has one Class A pumper (Engine 522), one ambulance (Medic 522), a brush truck (Brush 522) and a Hazardous Materials engine (HazMat 522).

Full Time Firefighters include: Trevor Sutton, Abraham Alvarez, Mason Campa, Brice Evans, Rigo Melendez, Ethan Hunt, Trevor North, Ryan Miranda, Victor Reyes, Israel Yanez-Sanchez, James Cowles, Damon Scoggin, Vince Rameriz, and Kyle Johnson. Part Time Firefighters are Brodie Carr.
